How is GrowHall priced?
GrowHall offers three pricing options. Per-Subject Access is €25 per DP student per subject per year. Subject Group Access is €50 per DP student per group per year, giving access to every GrowHall subject in that IB group. Whole-School Access is €120 per DP student per year and includes all 26 GrowHall subjects. All options include textbooks, videos, question banks, mock exams, and Toddle integration.
What does the annual price increase look like?
GrowHall commits to a maximum 5% annual price increase per student. This applies to every tier and every school, with no renewal surprises and no exceptions for new contracts. Schools can plan their multi-year budgets with confidence.
What happens if my DP cohort grows or shrinks during the year?
GrowHall pricing is based on your active DP cohort. If your cohort grows during the year, we adjust the invoice to reflect the additional students. If your cohort shrinks, the current year's pricing stays in place and renewal pricing reflects the updated cohort size.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no per-feature charges. Onboarding is included in the per-student price across all tiers.
Do you charge per teacher account?
No. Teacher accounts are unlimited at no extra cost. Schools can give every IB teacher access to GrowHall without affecting the price.
Which pricing tier should our school choose?
Most schools choose Whole-School Access because it is the most economical option once a school uses content in three or more groups. Subject Group Access works well for departments that want to start with one IB group. Per-Subject Access is best for piloting a single subject before committing further.
Can we start with one tier and move to another?
Yes. Schools often start with Per-Subject or Subject Group Access and move to Whole-School Access at renewal as they expand usage. Mid-year upgrades are possible too. Speak to the team to discuss timing.
Can we try GrowHall before signing a contract?
Yes. Every school can run a free 30-day pilot with full access to all 26 GrowHall subjects. The pilot includes full access for teachers and students, so your school can evaluate GrowHall on real lessons before deciding.
Are content updates included in the price?
Yes. GrowHall continuously updates and improves its content and platform throughout the year, based on teacher feedback and ongoing review by IB educators. When the IB updates a subject guide, the GrowHall team revises the relevant content and pushes the updates at no additional cost. There are no fees for syllabus alignment or platform improvements.
How does the Toddle integration affect pricing?
GrowHall pricing is the same whether or not your school uses Toddle. The Toddle integration is included in every pricing tier at no additional cost.
What forms of payment do you accept?
GrowHall accepts bank transfers and credit card payments for school billing. Annual invoicing is standard, with regional payment options available on request.
What currency does GrowHall bill in?
GrowHall bills schools in euros (EUR) by default. Other currencies may be available depending on your region. Speak to the team to confirm billing in your local currency.
